how long does an order take?
Your custom order will take 10 days to arrive. Check the Shipping & Returns tab on the product information page for the latest delivery estimation.
do you offer expedited shipping on orders?
Unfortunately, due to the fact that we are made-to-order, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please contact
care@frilly.com for special exceptions.
how much does it cost to ship?
Shipping and returns are 100% free for every order, internationally!
how do I get a return shipping label?
A return shipping label will be e-mailed to you once you have confirmed your return via our online return process.
what forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
how do I track my order?
You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is done with construction and goes out. In the meantime, you can check your order status on the Order History & Tracking tab.
how do I cancel an order?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Open the Order History & Tracking page on your account tab to select the order for cancellation. Need help? Contact us at

can I change the fabric/color/a variable on an item I just ordered?
Depending on what stage of the construction process your garment is in, you may be able to make changes. For modification options please contact
care@frilly.com with any further inquiries.
what if I do not receive my order?
Please allow the carrier 24 hours after the item is marked delivered to receive your item. If you do not receive your item after this timeframe and you have checked with neighbors and surrounding areas, please contact
care@frilly.com so we may investigate the matter for you.
what carrier does frilly use?
To ensure your items reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we use FedEx on all orders.
